This episode is all about #BlackLivesMatter!! So much is going on and it is mentally exhausting. Enough is Enough. It is time to address the continued abuse of African Americans. The NFL admits it was wrong after 4 years. 4 Fucking years after all Kap was blackballed for taking a stand against injustice. Peaceful protests turned to “violent” protest after police antagonize protesters. Protect your peace! When is the last time you have checked in with yourself during this difficult time? Mental health is important. Music to reflect the times and uplift your spirits.
