Honoring Your Words
<p>How do we honor our words especially when it comes to saying yes and no. </p> <p>For some of us just saying the word NO does not feel comfortable, we give our power away when we do not honor our words. So what would it feel like if you really honor your yes and no.</p> <p>When you say NO you choose you</p> <p>When you say YES you choose you </p> <p>Really feel it and recognize when the answer is YES you feel it because in this space it truly is what you mean. Also recognize when you say YES and it does not feel right, causes resentment, or just is not what you want to do. Next time you want to say NO just do that say NO and leave it at that.
