#5: You, Yash Atishay: Don’t let someone treat you like dal chawal when you’re a chicken biryani!

On this episode of You,Me&Us, I’m so happy to have a conversation with Yash Atishay, a Mumbai based entrepreneur, videographer and editor. He’s currently single and has been for a little over 2 years.

On this episode, we talk about a wide range of subjects from; the Kama Sutra, to human connection, to breakups, to porn, to sex in India, and more… He opens up about the taboo of talking about sex, even amongst friends. We talk about the lockdown, isolation and suicide. We discuss how we could potentially treat each other better than we do. We dig into the idea of shortcomings, flaws and self-acceptance.

He thinks relationships are essential for us to function as humans and that being in a relationship is great because it teaches us multiple things that we cannot learn otherwise. He’s experienced a really ugly breakup, he’s also not the type who can have one night stands and move on. He generally gets emotionally attached and invested.

Also, just a heads up, this episode was recorded online due to COVID19, and internet can be shabby on a monsoon rainy day, so there are some few minor lags in the connection at times, but nothing that will bother you too much. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to be able to enjoy Yash’s sense of humor and insightful perspective. Enjoy!

‘To live is to love’ - Yash Atishay

Find Yash online:

Instagram & Twitter : @yashatishay

-------

Find me online:

Instagram: @lilyasabatier

Annida shares her perspective on love & relationships and life experience so far.

She’s currently single and has never yet had a long-term relationship. For her, a relationships is purely a collaboration of thoughts and an exchange of energy between people. She doesn’t believe in having multiple partners at the same time, it’s not for her.
