🌟 Have you ever woken up and realized...Surprise! My Life SUCKS? I didn't realize how bad things were until I was drowning in it.
We often get sucked into roles and responsibilities, losing ourselves in those roles & the chaos. One client of mine, a successful CEO, came to me overwhelmed and exhausted, feeling like everything was a fight—at home, in her relationship, and at work. She was at her wits' end, but through coaching, we turned it around.
We identified what she didn't want and focused on how she wanted to feel. By understanding her natural strengths and learning to change her feelings and actions, she transformed her life. She built a legacy for her family, created a respectful relationship with her kids, and gained confidence in her leadership role.
Imagine leading a life that makes you feel proud, happy, and confident. That's the power of life coaching. 🚀

Would you say this to your child?
And, I don’t know about you-but historically I have had a very hard time being the focus of attention and receiving birthday wishes and celebrations, etc.
-until about a year or so ago.
And then I asked myself....Would you say that to your kids?

How to Stop Any Argument Dead in it's Tracks!
Have you ever had a recurring fight with your partner? I had a FAMOUS repeat fight with my husband that drove us both crazy. Before I dive into the details, think about something your partner does that really triggers you.
For me, it was his lack of urgency about coming home from work. This always led to our infamous argument. I believed he was wrong, and my way was right. These thoughts made me feel angry, frustrated, and sad, leading to actions that were counterproductive.
I would start fights, attack, and accuse him, which only increased the divide between us, without changing his behavior or increasing family time. This went on for 20 years. But then, I decided to stop the insanity and used tools I learned from my life coach.
I developed a tool that stopped our repeat fight dead in its tracks. Let me share this powerful and effective tool with you.
