I’m Jackie Henderson—a mental health counselor, fitness and dance professional, memoir author, and host of a soul-stirring podcast rooted in truth and transformation. But titles don’t define me. I’m here to wake people up. I don’t do surface-level. I don’t do sugarcoated. I speak from lived experience—with all the pain, growth, and healing that shaped me—and I invite others to meet themselves there too. My work sits at the intersection of emotional honesty, spiritual alignment, and physical embodiment. I help people reconnect with what’s real in a world that constantly tries to numb, distract, or divide us. Whether I’m moving bodies through dance, guiding minds through therapy, or speaking truth into a mic, my mission is clear: To protect the vulnerable, challenge the status quo, and spark radical self-awareness. This isn’t about playing small. It’s about reclaiming your voice, your power, and your peace—even in the chaos.

So here's an uncomfortable question. How can we be certain we're right when we're actually betraying everything we believe in? So what is this delusional phase? Here it is a metaphor. It's not a psychiatric delusion. It's not a psychiatric diagnosis. I'm using the delusional word as a metaphor. And we're exploring the experience of becoming psychologically attached to a distorted interpretation of reality.
