Heartbreak
We gloved, we loved. We paired, we cared. We quit and we split. We were on an adventure and just like that we're a stranger. There's no rush if it's right. You don't even need to push with all your might. You'll grow within; with the pain, you're healing. Even if you're to be blamed, it's ok, there is no shame. Love isn't about fault. Learn to take everything with a pinch of salt. As long as you know you love with the fibre of your honest being. Wish them well, wish them greatness, of their well-being.

Obstacle - Who's Really Stopping You?
Have you ever been faced with a challenge that seems like a brick wall that is too high to climb? In these moments we can often feel angry, sad, frustrated, alone, and think to ourselves, "Why me?", "Why now?", "I can't do that!" Obstacles can't stop you. Problems can't stop you. Most of all, other people can't stop you. The only one who stops you is yourself. So drop that self-blaming or self-victimising and go fucking get it! Go own it!

Internal Connection
A human mind is a powerful tool we all have access to. We are what we think and what we think. we become. Gift ourselves a moment of internal connection to the energy that is within us. Repeat this mantra daily: Today is a beautiful day of opportunity. I am where I need to be. I open myself to the Universe and trust in the unfolding of my life.

Three Things In Life
Your mission; or you'll find no fulfilment. Your purpose; or you're just, blank. Your love; you can never give fully if you're not receiving and honouring it fully yourself.

Security & Thrill
Can the same person who gives you all that security also be the same person who gives you the thrill, the desire, the freedom, the excitement, the lust, the danger, the rush, the 'what if's'? How do you like yourself with the person that you are with? Are you in heaven when they say they want you?

What's A Soulmate?
What's a soulmate? It's a.. well, it's like a best friend but more. It's the one person in the world who knows you better than anyone else. It's someone who makes you a better person. No, actually, they don't make you a better person. You do that yourself because they inspire you. A soulmate is someone who you carry with you forever. It's the one person who knew you and accepts you, challenges you and elevates you, pushes you and love you.

Ego
Ask ourselves this: What's the fear that arises once we start to move beyond our pattern? Fear is part of our egoic identity. Our ego doesn't want to die. It's the uncomfortable space of, "Who would I be without the story, without the pattern, without this operating system, and without this way of being?" We are not our egos. We're not feeling those feelings; we're feeling the interpretation of the mental narrative of that neutral sensation, and then we're creating suffering. In essence, we don't actually feel that way. It's our condition bundle of reflexes vibrating back to what our patterns and programming are. That's ego.

Resentment
We hold on to resentment and grief for takings things personally, for holding on to resentful thoughts thinking they are justified. Who is suffering amidst all this? It is our choice to let them go and only let love flow within our hearts. Why suffer when you can be at peace?

Pleasure
When two souls join, do you see a sexual connection? As I see it, your soul lends your body to my consciousness from time to time - giving complete control, and the extent of pleasure achieved is not the merit of the one in control but of the one who has let go. Our union was not born on a physical plane and will not exist that way. This plane is eternal; enjoy it for what it is in whatever form it may take. It is not limited to our dialogues or thoughts; other universal beings are also attracted and inspired to unite; Next time you are outside, feel the warmth of nature around you; you will experience great things in spaces and times that will surprise you.

Triggers
Are you triggered? Or, do I trigger you? You're basically 'activated' by a certain situation. I'm just sitting here living my human experience based on my reality. Maybe pushing your buttons a little, but hey, you're responsible for how you choose to respond. Try to label your emotions without judgement. Now take a good deep breath.

Free Inner Turmoil
Free our children, free Lelush, free Assange, free Britney, free Palestine, free the world. How about freeing the mind from inner turmoil? Free from the mental conflict that occurs when your belief doesn't line up with your actions? Free your perception of contradictory information, values and attitudes, and how much disparity there is between conflicting beliefs. Don't be a fanatic of the truth you've been conditioned to. Oh, hello, living, breathing oxymoron.

Your Worth
Our worth doesn't live in the readiness, choice or life of others. If someone can't meet you where you're at, it's merely because you're not aligned.n Your souls are not aligned. It's never about you're not good enough. Be willing to also look at the truth of how you showed up. Set boundaries for yourself and especially please, don't settle just to fill in that void.

Soul Sex
What comes to head when you think of soul sex? Do you think of lust, or do you think of love? Well, I think I need to taste your thought process. Together we can unravel the intricate riddles of life. Soar through the cosmos and against time. Where we can be completely free sexually, spiritually, emotionally, physically and cosmically. Then create heaven on earth. In fact, the deeper, the sweeter.

Fear Doesn't Prevent Death, It Prevents Life
Fear stops us from doing so many things because we might be scared of failing, we might worry that we will become successful and wont' cope, we fear what other people will think of us and the list goes on and on. The tighter we try and hold on to something we are afraid of losing, the more we are pushing it away. Thoughts that we don’t want to lose something are filled with fear, and if we continue with those thoughts, what we fear the most will come upon us. Instead focus on what we want. What do you want in your life?

Do You Ever Question Yourself?
1. What did loved ones say about you? 2. What kind of life did you lead? 3. Are you experiencing stagnation in your mind, body, soul, spirit or all of the above? 4. What was your impact? 5. Are there limiting beliefs or negative words you frequently think or say about yourself? 6. Do you place unrealistic demands on yourself, expecting perfection? 7. Do you live in a state of excessive productivity without any downtime? 8. Do you live on autopilot, merely going through the motions each day? 9. Have your spiritual life and faith practices grown cold and uninspiring? 10. In what ways are you unbalanced or neglecting yourself physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually?

We Are All Conditioned (partial)
I love what Osho says about conditioning, “Unless you drop your personality, you will not be able to find your individuality”. Unless we dropped our personality, we are not able to find our individuality. Individuality is given by existence. Personality is imposed by society; it is social convenience. Society cannot tolerate individuality because individuality will not follow like a sheep. Individuality has the quality of a lion. The lion moves alone. The sheep are always in a crowd hoping that being in a crowd will feel cosy. Being in a crowd, one feels more protected, secure. If somebody attacks, there is every possibility in a crowd to save oneself. But if alone, only a lion would move.

Seek Others Who Fit Your Goals
In addition to being around people who treat you well, it's helpful to have relationships with others who also seek to have a good relationship with themselves, both because they are good models and also because you can support one another in your efforts. It's impossible to completely avoid toxic people for most of us, so manage those relationships with care unless you're the toxic one.

What Is Life To You?
WHAT IS LIFE TO YOU? Do you think others need to appreciate life more? What would be the reason that many try to give up on life? Do you see life as something that destroys or creates? How does life make you stronger as it goes on? Life is very many things existing simultaneously; at the tiniest level, it is our own journey of experiences through a limited time frame of existence, paralleled by the journeys of fellow humans. But humans are a simple speck of damaging irrelevance on the energy of life on this planet and even in the universe. We behave arrogantly as if we are the dominant life force controlling the planet, and we are nothing of the kind. Next time you are out for a walk, look at the birds/animals/insects all going about their business. They are looking for food, seeking shelter, and mates, living their lives without giving us humans a second thought, even knowing we exist. Trees grow, drop leaves, grasses grow, plants emerge, fish and other marine life populate rivers and seas all in their own life cycles. None of which give any consideration or thought to human existence. Now, all of that is life.
