Pouring the First Cup: Why My Brain Never Shuts Up (Season 2 Premiere)
Hey besties 💜 Welcome to Season 2 of Spiraling Again!
I’m back with a fresh glass of wine (or tea, no judgment), ready to get real with you. In this first episode, we’re pouring the first cup and talking about the one thing we all know too well — that brain that just refuses to clock out.
No stiff lectures, just cozy friend chat. I’m sharing how I started Anxiety Momster, why I was tired of hiding the spirals, and what it really feels like to live with a mind that’s always going. This season we’re doing it differently — more laid-back, more honest, and welcoming everyone (yes, the guys too).
If you’re an overthinker, a panic attack survivor, an overwhelmed mom, or just someone whose brain likes to spiral at 3am… pull up a seat. You’re home here.
Let’s keep going together, even when it’s messy.

Ep 10 Weed Used to Calm Me Down… Until It Didn’t
TW: Panic attacks, derealization, anxiety spirals, smoking weed, fear of losing control, cardiophobia.
We need to talk about the side of weed nobody warns anxious people about.
In Episode 10 of Spiraling Again, Spiral opens up about how weed used to feel comforting, calming, and safe… until one terrifying panic attack changed everything.
From racing heart fears and hyper-awareness to derealization and panic spirals, this episode dives deep into what happens when anxiety turns something you once loved into a trigger.
This isn’t anti-weed.
This isn’t judgment.
This is just honest conversation about anxiety, nervous systems, fear, and grieving the version of yourself that used to feel okay.
If you’ve ever sat too high, too aware, too scared, thinking:
“Something is wrong with me…”

Ep 9 My Safe place became my prison
What happens when the one place that used to calm you down… starts trapping you instead?
In Episode 9 of Spiraling Again, Spiral gets painfully honest about the slow shift from comfort to confinement. The bedroom that once felt safe. The house that slowly became impossible to leave. The routines that started as protection but turned into fear wearing a disguise.
This episode dives into:
💜 Anxiety and isolation
💜 Agoraphobia-type feelings
💜 Shame around “hiding”
💜 When self-care quietly turns into avoidance
💜 Tiny steps toward freedom without toxic positivity
No fake motivation. No “just go outside.”
Just raw conversation from someone living it in real time.
If your safe place has started feeling more like a cage lately… this one’s for you.

Ep 8 I'm overstimulated by existing
Ever feel like just existing is too much? Every sound, every demand feels like an avalanche? You're not alone.
Tag someone who needs to hear this!
Let’s talk about overstimulation and anxiety—those moments when everything feels too loud and heavy. It’s not just you; many of us are overwhelmed by the daily grind, even when nothing catastrophic is happening.
Motherhood, in particular, can feel like being on call 24/7. The constant noise, the endless demands—it can fry your nervous system.
Sometimes, we just need to hit pause, breathe, and find some quiet. It's okay to feel this way.
You’re not failing; you’re overloaded. Let’s give ourselves grace.
Remember: sometimes we need silence, not solutions.

Ep 7 Every Symptom Feels Like an Emergency
Anxiety isn’t always just racing thoughts and overthinking. Sometimes it feels physical. Sometimes it feels like your own body turns against you.
In this episode of Spiraling Again, we’re talking about panic attacks, health anxiety, body scanning, chest pain fear, dizziness, adrenaline spirals, and the terrifying cycle of convincing yourself something is seriously wrong.
This episode gets real about what health anxiety actually feels like:
checking your pulse every five minutes,
Googling symptoms at 2AM,
panicking over random body sensations,
and feeling trapped inside a body you no longer fully trust.
If you’ve ever spiraled because of a headache, chest tightness, a weird heartbeat, arm pain, dizziness, or a random symptom that made your brain immediately scream “something is wrong”…
this episode is for you.
Trigger Warning:
This episode discusses panic attacks, medical fears, body sensations, fear of dying, and health anxiety spirals.

Ep 6: Anxiety Made Me Afraid of My Own Body 💜

In this raw episode, I talk about health anxiety, constant body scanning, losing trust in every flutter and ache, and the grief that comes when your skin no longer feels like home. No toxic positivity, just honest late-night truth and the small ways I’m trying to make peace with my body again.
If you’ve ever been afraid of your own heartbeat, this one’s for you. 💜

Ep5: Everything Felt Too Loud
Sometimes anxiety doesn’t look like panic.
Sometimes it looks like irritation. Overstimulation. Emotional exhaustion. Wanting everyone to stop talking for five minutes before your nervous system completely crashes.
In this episode of Spiraling Again, we’re talking about the anger nobody really discusses when it comes to anxiety — the snapping, the overwhelm, the guilt afterward, and what it feels like when your brain has been carrying too much for too long.
This one is raw, honest, a little funny, and painfully real.
If everything has been feeling too loud lately…
this episode is for you. 💜
See you in the next spiral… 💜

Ep. 4- I was doing better... So why am I spiraling again?
Trigger Warning: This episode talks about anxiety returning full force, shame spirals, panic feelings, and the frustration of “I was finally doing better… why is this back?” Pause if you need to.
You were doing the work. You had a few good days. You started to believe maybe this time it was different… and then it came roaring back anyway.
In this raw episode, I sit with the exact moment the shame hits — that voice whispering you failed just because the anxiety returned. We talk about what “keeping going” actually looks like on the hard days (frozen pizza, canceled plans, texting your friend “I’m in it again,” and still showing up anyway).
No toxic positivity. No “just breathe” lectures. Just honest late-night talk about the weather-like nature of anxiety and why continuing is still badass, even when it feels like you’re back at square one.
If you’re in the thick of it right now… this one’s for you.
This is Anxiety Momster 💜Thanks for spiraling with me again.
Be gentle with yourself out there.

Ep. 2 — So… My Body Started Spiraling Too
So… my body started spiraling too.
In this episode of Spiraling Again, I’m talking about what happens when anxiety stops feeling like “just thoughts” and starts showing up physically — chest tightness, racing heart, body scanning, panic spirals, and the fear that maybe this time it’s something serious.
I open up about the exhausting cycle of health anxiety, trying to function as a mom while internally panicking, and the shame that can come after anxiety takes over your body and mind. This episode is raw, honest, and for anyone who’s ever sat there wondering:
“Is this anxiety… or something worse?”
You’re not alone in that fear.

EP. 3 I Miss Who I Was Before Anxiety 💔
I’ve been thinking about her a lot lately… the version of me that existed before anxiety moved in and took up so much room. The girl who could make plans without secretly dreading them. The one who laughed without waiting for something bad to happen. The one who trusted her body and her mind.
In this episode I’m getting honest about the grief that comes with anxiety. The quiet ache of missing your old self. The mom guilt of feeling like you’re only showing up halfway. The way you compare “before” and “after” and wonder if that lighter version of you is gone for good.
This isn’t a sad episode. It’s a real one. One for every anxious mom who’s ever looked at old photos and felt that pang in their chest. You’re not alone in missing who you were. And maybe… she’s not completely gone. Maybe we’re just learning how to make space for her again, even on the heavy days.
If you’ve ever whispered “I miss the old me,” this one is for you.
Important Note: I’m not a doctor or therapist. This is just my real experience shared with love. If your anxiety feels heavy, please reach out to a healthcare professional who can support you.
