Creating Your Own Path - with Liane Strub

Is Age Even Real?
<p>In this delightful episode with Joey Weamer, the idea of aging as an athlete paves way for some deeply vulnerable conversation about the idea of aging as a whole. Joey breaks down his beliefs and fears about aging as a male in his mid-forties. He gives us a sense of how his perspective on aging as an athlete has changed over the years and speaks to navigating self-limiting beliefs and overcoming self-fulfilling negativity.
