We've all heard the saying, "Nobody ask you for your 2 cents"!!! AT Your 3 Cents Podcast, I value the thoughts and opinions of others and feel you have a bit more than 2 cents to share. Not everyone has an outlet to vent to without the fear of a false judgement coming without full understanding of certain situations/ circumstances. I feel you have a penny more than 2 cents to say & I WANT TO HEAR YOUR 3 CENTS!!
Emotion.- a natural state of mind from one's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others. So, do we really understand emotions to label someone as being too emotional?

Childhood trauma & the affects it has on adulthood. With special guest Yani G. dropping off her 3¢‼️
Depending on demographic and environment a child develops in, determines the numbers of how many children experience trauma at a young age. Many adults have suppressed their childhood trauma in order to continue to try to be productive functioning citizens.... That isn't healthy and eventually something or someone will trigger that trauma to resurface....

1st episode is giving a small detailed background of the host and setting the stage for the topics that will be addressed on this podcast. Being transparent enough to establish comfortability with my audience for them to open up and share their story as well. As well as, share how they deal and overcome the mental fight of accepting the things in their lives.
