It's only in the most anxious parts of life someone tells you to "Be Yourself". Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs provides the proof I need that "Be Yourself" is trash advice for new business owners. Self-Actualization is the top of the pyramid of things to worry about as a business, focus on these foundational steps instead.
