This week Your Business Besties are completing their series, The Price of Loyalty. This episode questions the loyalty to the most important person on this journey...YOURSELF.
The ladies discuss the importance of being loyal to oneself, particularly in the context of pursuing entrepreneurship. Jovon & Summer begin by discussing the concept of starting with your "why" - understanding the reason for pursuing a particular path or journey.
They also reflect on their own journeys, having transitioned from being employees or contract workers to pursuing their own businesses.
And they examine the need to change one's mindset and operate differently when working for oneself, as opposed to prioritizing the needs of an employer or client.
Plus the ladies of Field & Ford have put together a program to help people who are interested in getting rid of their 9 to 5 and working virtually anywhere they want.
