EPISODE 3: The impact of our food on climate change

with 7 billion people on planet earth, we need to produce and eat a lot of food. Michelle shares three very simple areas of food choices and actions that people can take to help with the climate change challenge.

During the Podcast, we also discussed some useful resources and I'm delighted to have linked these in these notes too.

A link to a website that looks at the carbon footprint of various different foods.
