We all have parts of ourselves we struggle to love, the parts we compare, hide, criticize, or wish we could change.
In this episode, we’re talking about where our insecurities come from, how they affect the way we see ourselves, and what it means to begin healing the parts of us we’ve been taught aren’t enough.
Because maybe confidence isn’t about becoming perfect.
Maybe it’s about learning to love yourself even in the places where you still feel uncertain.

How To Find Yourself When You Feel Lost
Somewhere along the way, many of us lose ourselves quietly. Through heartbreak, survival mode, people-pleasing, and trying to become who the world needed us to be.
In this episode, we talk about the pain of feeling disconnected from yourself and the healing journey of finding your way back home. We dive into spiritual rebirth, trusting ourselves again; healing the versions of us that only knew how to survive; and learning that being lost doesn’t mean we're broken.
This season isn’t the end of you.
It's the beginning of your return to yourself.

Turned 25 & The Greatest Lessons I’ve Learned
In this episode, I’m reflecting on turning 25 and everything this season of life has been teaching me. I talk about the biggest lessons I’ve learned so far. From growth, healing, relationships, self-worth, and learning how to truly honor myself through every stage of life.
I also dive into birthdays and why I believe they deserve to be celebrated deeply and intentionally. Birthdays are more than just getting older. They are a reminder that your life matters, your existence matters, and you deserve to be celebrated simply for being here.
This episode is about shining light on yourself, embracing your evolution, and giving yourself permission to celebrate how far you’ve come… even if life doesn’t look exactly how you imagined it would.
If you’ve been entering a new chapter, questioning your journey, or learning how to appreciate yourself more fully, this conversation is for you!🤍
