Your Final Marching Orders w/ Ritchie Thomas, A Soldier's Coach

About Your Final Marching Orders w/ Ritchie Thomas, A Soldier's Coach

My name is Ritchie Thomas, A Soldier's Coach, and I help our brave men and women in the US Armed Forces mentally transition from a soldier's mindset to a business professional's mindset. Why, because civilians teach them to create a resume after they transition out of the military and not a life. I'm here to help with that.

THIS is the #1 Website Veterans Need to be Using if You’re Transitioning Out of the Military 👇🏽

🚨 YOU, Have a Billion $ Network 🚨 THIS is the #1 Website You Need to be Using if You’re Transitioning Out of the Military 👇🏽 As a military speaker, almost weekly I am speaking to someone who is getting ready to transition out of the #military and I am noticing a huge INconsistency w/ how #veterans: 🎯 see themselves 🎯 sell themselves 🎯 BRAND themselves to the marketplace And the reality is they’re ‘selling the image of a soldier, which is cool, but that is not what is going to get them hired. I am on a personal mission to help our brave men and women mentally transition from a soldier’s mindset to a business professional’s mindset… So the goal is I now need them to-- 🚨 see themselves 🚨 sell themselves 🚨 BRAND themselves to the marketplace As business professionals 🎯 b/c soldiers don’t get hired, business professionals do. 🎯 📚 It's why I encourage my veterans and soldiers to become a student, of business and I believe the best way to do that is to utilize the #1 website for job seekers, LinkedIn. 📚That’s right, LinkedIn is the social website for business professionals and it’d be the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd website I’d be on if I was beginning my military transition journey. What other website can you research a job, whose currently in the role, compare their skills to yours, learn about the company, AND connect w/ the hiring manager directly? As well as sell yourself, promote yourself, and brand your skillsets to that industry. 👉🏽 I believe most transitioning veterans have a visibility issue, in tath the market doesn’t ‘see them’ so how can the market ‘hire them’ let's check out this workshop on Linkedin to do just that. This is just one of many strategies I coach, mentor, and train my soldiers on as I essentially created my own military transition program. You got this, and I got you ❤️👊🏽 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬, 𝐀 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 🪖 And I ❤️ to create the content I wish I had when I was transitioning out of the military 👉🏽𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗨𝗦 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 (𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸)? 👉🏽𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻, 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄/ 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘄𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝘁? 👉🏽𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗻-𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 need a speaker at your next military transition event, please contact me in the info on my about page: www.ritchiethomas.com

Top 10 Ways Transitioning Military Veterans Can Build a Brand Using LinkedIn

To my #militarytransition team, check out these 10 Ways to Brand Yourself to the Marketplace Using #LinkedIn as your transition out of the #military begins. While I understand soldiers have a huge amount of resources built-in while they're in the military, I can't help but notice the statistics that show high veteran unemployment could be caused by poor health, selection, employer discrimination, skills mismatch, or job search. The reality is soldiers are trained for the combat battlefield and not the economic battlefield. So as America's #1 Military Speaker, I've developed my own military transition program to help our transitioning veterans mentally transition, from a soldier's mindset to a business professional's mindset. You got this and I got you ❤️👊🏽 And I ❤️ to create the content I wish I had when I was transitioning out of the military 👉🏽𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗨𝗦 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 (𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸)? 👉🏽𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻, 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄/ 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘄𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝘁? 👉🏽𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗻-𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 need a speaker at your next military transition event, please contact me in the info on my about page: www.ritchiethomas.com Ritchie Thomas, A Soldier's Coach 🪖 America's #1 Military Speaker
