Unlearn it, then!
There is only one way to make room for self-love, by unlearning the conditioning that allow us the bandwidth to stay into toxic spaces. But I won't say it is easy - I'm convinced that culture shock is the shake from three forces at play in our post traumatic life. Which forces?
