How to Reclaim Your Authentic Self, with Rebecca Thorpe

Are you living a life that you love? A life that you’ve chosen? Or do you wish you were doing something different? In this episode, Rebecca Thorpe shares her journey from wondering “is this all there is in life?” to taking her future into her own hands by starting up her own business Reclaim Your Authentic Self. Rebecca is a life coach specialising in manifestation and reprogramming the subconscious mind, helping women to overcome their self-doubt and manifest the future of their dreams. Rebecca shares how her small decision to go to a candle-making class set her on the path of self-discovery to reunite her spark. She began to identify and clear the subconscious beliefs that were holding her back from living the kind of life she wanted to live. She shares the tools she’s used to start to prioritise her own needs, and reveals how changing her beliefs and her approach to life has led her to now feeling happy in her own skin and so fulfilled in her work helping other women. Rebecca talks about manifesting our future selves, and provides some tips on how you can start to become your future self now. We hear more about Soul Planning, a modality that Rebecca uses with her clients to find their soul purpose which is truly fascinating, particularly how it can reignite somebody’s motivation for life. Claire Hogarth on Rediscovering Her Purpose, Healing The Witch Wound and How to Get Advice From Your Future Self

Today, I chat with my good friend Claire Hogarth. Claire is truly a beautiful soul. She’s recently rediscovered her psychic and intuitive abilities, and she talks about coming to terms with her calling as a healer and activator here on Earth, and being brave enough to allow herself to be seen and to call herself a “psychic”. We talk about past life regressions, and how healing our past lives can help us to heal issues that we’re dealing with in our current lives, so that we can move forward into the future we desire. She shares a couple of her past lives and the stories are absolutely fascinating and chilling. I also share one of my past lives during this conversation, where I was a 40 year old farmer. I actually started crying while telling the story. We touch on the Witch Wound, which is an inherited trauma of many modern day women, rooted in the Burning Times, when innocent women were burned at the stake, hung or drowned for being healers, naturopaths, being too outspoken, or being in opposition to the church. Claire talks about one of her past life regression sessions where she was a witch - it’s an incredible story! We then talk about how using the amazing tool of Future Life Progression, and seeing and talking to our Future Self, and gaining insights from them to bring back to the present moment, can help us to move forward with our dreams and desires with more clarity. Both me and Claire share the incredible Future Life Progression sessions that we’ve had and how it’s impacted us right now to move towards our Future Selves. These sessions are so powerful, because our futures are completely impacted by the steps that we are taking right now. I hope you enjoy listening to this exchange between me and Claire. Anne Jirsch on harnessing the power of your future self.

Do you wonder what your future holds for you? Would you like to find out? Today, I’m joined by professional psychic and international best-selling author, Anne Jirsch. Anne shares her remarkable story of how she discovered Future Life Progression (FLP), a process where you can tap into your future self, and how it has changed her life and the life of her clients. Anne shares how powerful FLP is as a manifesting tool, because when we tap into our own future self we can get what we want much sooner. You’re going to love this conversation - Anne is a brilliant storyteller! We talk about intuition, money, self-sabotage, A.I., and how the world of work and business is changing, and that it’s changing fast. Anne is particularly passionate about helping business owners to stay ahead of the curve, and her glimpses into the future indicate that massive changes are coming to the world in the next five years that will eclipse the changes that have happened over the last 20 years. Being able to anticipate your future is a hugely beneficial tool that can give you the edge in your relationships, health, business and wealth. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.
