Episode 85 Fear of Being Single: Why People Choose the Wrong Relationships
Why do people enter the wrong relationships—or remain in unhappy ones—simply to avoid being single?
In this episode, I explore the fear of being single and the many pressures that can make having somebody feel more important than finding the right person. From loneliness and starting over after divorce to social expectations, family timelines, cultural traditions and the desire to have children, there are countless reasons people begin negotiating the standards they once considered essential.
I also explain why even a carefully created Blueprint becomes useless when escaping singleness becomes the real goal. Being in a relationship isn’t proof that your life is working, and being single isn’t proof that something is wrong.
The question isn’t whether somebody is beside you. It’s what happens to your life when they are.

Episode 84 Why I’m Still Single as a Dating and Relationship Coach: Knowing When to Walk Away
One of the first questions I hear when someone learns I’m a dating and relationship coach is, “Then why are you still single?” My answer is simple: in many ways, I’m single because I understand when something isn’t right for me.
In this personal episode, I explain how I use The Blueprint Method in my own dating life. Knowing what I need is only part of the process. I also have to communicate it, pay attention to what happens afterward, and be willing to walk away when the foundation doesn’t fit.
Being single doesn’t mean dating has failed. Sometimes it means you recognized the wrong relationship before attraction, loneliness, or outside pressure convinced you to accept it.
Don’t choose a relationship just to make your life look right to somebody else. They don’t have to live in it. You do.

Episode 83 How Much Communication Should You Expect? Early Dating Boundaries
How soon is too soon to expect consideration from someone you’re getting to know? If you haven’t been on a date yet, do you have the right to address their communication, or are you expecting too much from a stranger?
I recently found myself in this exact situation. After moving a conversation away from a dating app and exchanging numbers, someone I had been speaking to disappeared for days after reading my message. I knew she was dealing with something, and I never expected her to share the private details. All I wanted was a brief heads-up.
In this episode, I share what happened and use The Blueprint Method to explore communication before the first date. I explain why exchanging numbers shows intent, how consideration can exist without sacrificing privacy, and why telling somebody what you need doesn’t make their effort less meaningful.
Telling someone what you need gives them a path. Whether they choose to walk it tells you whether you should keep walking beside them.
