I share that many of us feel stuck doing too much of one and not enough of the other, especially when life feels chaotic. I explain that this tension is normal and something we all face. The goal is not perfection, but alignment, making sure our thoughts, values, and actions work together.</p><p>I walk through a simple daily process from the Accountability Code that helps bring waking up and showing up into the same day. This includes making a short task list, praying or checking in for guidance, setting priorities, taking action, and ending the day with reflection and feedback. I remind you to give yourself grace and start small. Even doing one step better can create peace and momentum.
