About Your Mind, Your Body, Your Choice: It's YOUR Life...what are you going to do with it?

Pressure is real! Depression is taking our friends and family away from us in various ways and hate is at an all time high. How do I handle these things? Not always correctly, but eventually I figure it out. Walk with me as I not only share my pain, grief good and bad times, but also share adoption stories, abortion grief, how to break generational curses and grow in love. Listen in as I share others stories about the choices they have made whether right, wrong or indifferent.
