About Your Own Drum
‘Your Own Drum’ - what does it mean? Well, two things really; to ‘bang your own drum’ and to find the ‘beat of your own drum’. Throughout these podcasts, my focus is to honour women who are in business, following their true alignment and celebrating all the unique deliciousness they offer to the world. To Bang Your Own Drum is to shout from the rooftops about your amazingness, sharing wisdom and igniting passion in others to follow their path, to find their true calling and hearts desires. I’ll also be placing an emphasis on women who either have wisdom or stories to share on finding their own rhythm in life, connecting to the Beat of Your Own Drum. We are often living out of alignment with our personal rhythms, whether that is when we sleep, eat, exercise, are creative, make love, rest, work, play. These podcasts will invite women to flow in their own rhythm, discovering what it is that brings you absolute juiciness and fulfillment, what lights up your life and gives you vitality, so that they may live in alignment.
