<p>In today’s episode of Your Perspective, we have Abhishek Patil in conversation with Akash Garg and Murtaza Udaypurwala. He has been a brewer (formerly a winemaker) for the past 20 years, working with various vineyards around the world. His knowledge of beers and the industry is truly insightful. In this episode, we started by understanding the concept of a microbrewery and why he named his brand “Topchi.” Then, we talked about the ingredients that go into making beer. We further discussed how big giants are preventing craft beers from being placed in liquor stores and the shelf life of both craft and commercial beers.
