   S2 Ep1: Paul Kearney - Good Will Hunting ('98), Gladiator ('00), There's Something About Mary ('98)

*** The sound on this one's a bit funky. Didn't use my mic. So, I did my best to eq it and use some audio magic to make it easier to listen to *** A very fun conversation with my friend, Paul Kearney (https://www.iampaulkearney.com (https://www.iampaulkearney.com)), who's excitement about the topic helped me start up season 2. 🤣

S1 Ep7: Ali Smith - Life (1999), Star Wars: Ep. III - Revenge Of The Sith (2005), Django Unchained (2021)

I invited one of my oldest school friends to come through and discuss his three favorite movies. I met Ali when I transferred to a new high school and I quickly discovered one of the first people I ever met who was actually happy (it was the 90's. it wasn't cool to be happy, yet). I hope you enjoy our conversation, as it truly reveals insights into why my amazing friend is... well, pretty amazing. :-) -------------------------------------- From the Holistic Life Foundation website: Ali Smith is one of the Co-founders of the Holistic Life Foundation. S1 Ep6: Bret Rockmore - The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy (2001-2003), Step Brothers (2008), The Big Short (2015), Forrest Gump (1994)

Sometimes, SOMETIMES, in life, you go into a conversation open to whatever might show up and with the openness to receive. Well, the joy, vulnerability, and fun that my friend, Bret Rockmore, shared with me about his "three" favorite movies changed my life. Not joking about this. His excitement for the epic universe of "LOTR," the creative joy and chaos of "Step Brothers," the trusting what you see and choosing according to your knowing of the characters of "The Big Short," and the freedom of creating without a POV in "Forrest Gump," is all an energy that reminded me what it is to be you, choose just to choose, to trust your awareness, and to be the gift you truly be. I'm so grateful to my friend, Bret. :-) ----------------------- From BretAndGeorgia.com (http://BretAndGeorgia.com): Bret Rockmore is an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator and the founder of Rockmore Media. He is fondly known as the encyclopedia-BRET-anica for his quick recall of the Access Consciousness Reference materials (of which there are over 4,000 pages!). Bret is an example of someone who lives and breathes allowance. Just being around him is an incredible gift. And he's a funny devil too!! Bret grew up in New York and found Access Consciousness after being diagnosed with an "incurable disease", which he was able to cure himself of using the tools he discovered. He now lives in Houston, TX, but you will very often find him in amazing places around the world, videoing livestreamed classes, making it possible for Access Consciousness classes to be enjoyed by all from the comfort of their own home. Bret enjoys empowering people to find their creative capacities that only they are capable of.

S1: "And this is why I ask this question..." - A Highlight From Episode 2 With Natalie Burrage

I started this podcast because I love asking people this question. And in this brief clip from episode 2 with my guest, Natalie Burrage, I tell her why. One of her Three Favorite Movies was one that I COULD NOT get past the first 20 minutes. In revealing what she loves about that movie, about the things in the characters she adores, she shows me so much about what makes her great and why she's one of my favorite people in the world.

S1 Ep3: Sarah Watt - Gangs Of New York (2002), Pulp Fiction (1994), Avatar (2009)

EDITORS NOTE: This episode was interrupted by technical difficulties. My feed got cut off and we had to pick up where the internet gods chose to cut us off. If anything, it shows how brilliant Sarah is. 😁 ---------------------------- The brilliant, phenomenal, and incredibly wonderful, Sarah Watt, takes me through her three favorite movies. For those of you who don't know, Sarah's three favorites are a wonderful reflection of this kind, potent, and all out bad-ass of a human being. When I first thought of the idea of this podcast, she was the first name that came to mind. And like an earlier episode, she chose a movie that I truly had resisted for YEARS. And because of our interview, I now appreciate that movie and see a magic that isn't just in the movie, but in everything that my friend, Sarah, embodies. Please enjoy this episode of Your Three Favorite Movies with Sarah Watt. =========================== From sarahwatt.com.au (http://sarahwatt.com.au): About Me So, as you probably now know, my name is Sarah Watt!! Here is a little bit more about me… I was first introduced to the tools of Access Consciousness about 8 years ago and the moment I actually chose them, to be aware of what I was choosing, making changes and using these tools….well my life and living drastically changed! It took me a little while and I would say for the last 2.5 years I have really had my own back and been way more committed to me than I ever was for the years proceeding. So I am an Access Consciousness Certified facilitator, Joy of Business Facilitator, Bars Facilitator and I work full time for Access Consciousness, Simone Milasas and Brendon Watt!….apparently I love creating and having a lot on the go! AND today, like every day, I ask the question “what can I add to my life today to create the future I desire to live and to see in the world?" I travel the world working for a company who’s target is "Empowering People to Know That They Know”, I mean how does it get any better than that? What I have always known is that if you’d like to create the life and future you desire, you need to get to work. It's about everything you choose in small increments that creates the change you really require to see in yourself and the world. Not one big choice! So what are you choosing and creating today to contribute to your life and living? and what would you choose if you knew you couldn’t fail?

S1 Ep2: Natalie Burrage: The Matrix (1999), Step Brothers (2008), Game Over, Man (2018)

My friend, the irreverent, hillarious, and joyful, Natalie Burrage shares her love for her three favorite movies. And in episode 2 of this podcast, I hit the speed bump that I was most afraid of: What happens when one of my guests, one of my favorite people on the planet, choose a movie that I think is total dogs**t? 🤣 Well, what happened is well beyond my greatest expectations, projections, or ideas of what this podcast could ever be. And because of that, I'm so grateful for Natalie and what she helped me see in that particular movie and why I'm so lucky to have her in my life as such a great friend. =========== From natalieburrage.com (http://natalieburrage.com): Natalie is a natural born healer, conscious entrepreneur, and magician of energy. She works with people to create lives and businesses that turn them on, light them up, and contribute to the world. Her motto for 2021 is it's time for you to have it all. She created her first business in 2010, a yoga studio & sold it 8 years later after changing thousands of lives with this.  She has gone onto other entrepreneurial ventures and now works with clients all over the world in the areas of self love, mindset, energy, Consciousness, transformation, and business to be authentically & unapologetically them so they can have all they desire with ease. She’s impacted thousands of lives directly over the last 10 years, all who have called her & her gift of transforming lives a "god send" and "something they haven't found elsewhere." Having a background in Kundalini yoga & meditation, Karuna Reiki, Sacred Activations, Psych-K, Intuitive Energy Work, Transformational Facilitation, she currently shares her love of the tools of Access Consciousness to empower people who are ready to create what they desire most in their lives. Her motto is “Everyone needs a support system on their journey in life. Give yourself what you deserve.”

S1 Ep5: Emily Lau: Call Me By Your Name (2017), The Devil Wears Prada (2006), Notting Hill (1999)

My guest for episode 5 is the incomparable, Emily Lau. A speaker, facilitator of consciousness, and overall bad ass, Emily loves movies like few other people I know. We're going to talk about her three favorite films, "Call Me By Your Name (2017)," "The Devil Wears Prada (2006)," and "Notting Hill (1999)." SPOILERS GALORE. (So, don't be an ass. If you haven't seen these movies and you don't want them spoiled, then stop watching this and go watch them. If you don't immediately do this, then watching these movies weren't really high on your priority list and you should probably audit the level of anger you have to the actual priorities in your life... Or don't. 🤣)

   S1 Ep1: Roxy Shabestari - Mean Girls (2004), Pride And Prejudice (2005), Beetlejuice (1988)

The fantastically talented actor/writer/performer, Roxy Shabestari, shares her three favorite films on the maiden voyage of the Starship Enterprise. Ok, not really the Enterprise, but when I hear the words "maiden voyage," I am required on a cellular level to mention the greatest ship in Starfleet. Boy, have I gone off the rails here... Good start.
