<p>This episode is about how you can guarantee a steady income while being a freelance teacher, how to plan your budget and deal with cancelled classes. I invited Alina Plotnikova to share her experience with us.</p> <p>Alina says becoming a freelancer was a real game-changer for her. Working for a school meant being overloaded and underpaid and not being able to choose your clients. Alina likes working with students who have clear language goals and stay motivated for long term work and are ready to bring some changes to their life by means of English.</p> <p>In the middle of the episode, Alina shares her multi-step process of choosing her students before signing contracts with them.
