Sektor Informal: Bagaimana Nasib Pekerja Perempuan?
<p>Informalitas pekerjaan menjadi tren yang nggak bisa dihindarkan. Selama pandemi, angka pekerja informal per Agustus 2020, khusunya di Jabodetabek terus mengalami peningkatan hingga mencapai 4,59%. Salah satu penyebab banyak anak muda yang memilih pindah ke sektor informal dikarenakan gelombang PHK karena terhentinya aktivitas ekonomi akibat pandemi. </p> <p>Sayangnya, informalitas pekerjaan nggak pernah disertai dengan jaminan sosial, perlindungan hak-hak pekerja dan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan. Padahal, segmentasi tenaga kerja informal di Indonesia masih lebih banyak (70,49 juta) dibandingkan sektor formal (56,02 juta). Kondisi pekerja informal, khususnya perempuan, secara teknis sangatlah rentan mengalami krisis dan pembiaran atas hak-haknya sebagai pekerja. </p> <p>Barengan sama Yuri Etika, kita bakal ngobrol-ngobrol soal situasi dan nasib pekerja perempuan di tengah pandemi.</p>

Mengapa Penting Membicarakan Kekerasan Seksual di Tengah Pandemi?
<p>Semenjak imbauan pembatasan sosial COVID-19 dicanangkan, angka kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan kian meningkat. Terhitung sampai Agustus 2021, Komnas Perempuan telah menerima 2.500 kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan selama masa pembatasan sosial. Diperkirakan angka ini akan terus bertambah akibat faktor-faktor yang dapat memicu kekerasan di dalam rumah tangga atau pun relasi privat seperti pacaran ataupun pertemanan. Selain berisiko tertular COVID-19, perempuan di rumah hingga ruang publik pun kerap dibayang-bayangi tindakan kekerasan.</p> <p>Lalu, gimana sebenarnya kondisi perempuan di saat pandemi? Apa benar pembatasan sosial ini malah menempatkan perempuan semakin rentan karena kekerasan?
