EPS.2 KIAT MENJAGA ASUPAN DI BULAN RAMADHAN

Menjelang bulan suci Ramadhan 1440 H kali ini, Prokami Muda Jawa Tengah  melakukan wawancara dengan dokter ahli gizi dari FK UNS, dr. Amelya Agustina Ayusari, M.Kes, Sp.G.K,  terkait bagaimana cara menjaga stamina tetap prima bulan Ramadhan.  Sebagai seorang dokter ahli gizi, beliau tentu paham betul tentang hal ini.
