Some patterns are passed down—but they do not have to be passed forward.
In this episode of Youth Unlocked with Ms. U, we’re talking about breaking generational cycles and recognizing the habits, beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that may have been repeated in families for years.
You can respect where you come from while still choosing to build differently.

💜💛 CHOOSING THE RIGHT CIRCLE
Who you surround yourself with matters.
Your circle can influence your choices, confidence, habits, direction, and ultimately your future. In this episode of Youth Unlocked, Ms. U talks about recognizing positive and negative influences, what happens when unhealthy behavior starts to feel “normal,” and why choosing people who encourage your growth is so important.
We’ll also look at the positive side of influence—how the right people can encourage better decisions, stronger habits, greater confidence, and personal growth.
💭 Reflection Question:
Is your current circle helping you become the person you want to be?

Your Gift Will Make Room | Discover, Develop & Use Your Gift | Youth Unlocked Ep. 4
What gift has God placed inside of you—and are you preparing it to make room for you?
In Episode 4 of Youth Unlocked, Ms. U explores Proverbs 18:16: “A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.”
Remember three things:
Recognize it. Develop it. Use it.
Your gift has potential, but you have a responsibility to prepare, develop, and use what has been placed inside of you.
