神的旨意中，為了達到更美的服事，為了進入更深的靈程，為了得著更多聖經真理奧秘之精意，為了得到聖靈的百般恩賜，朱虹恩牧師曾付上四次十天不吃不喝的全禁食，一次四十天的禁食（前二十天不吃不喝，後二十天只喝水，在以色列耶利哥的曠野），一次三十天的禁食，兩次二十天的禁食及多次五天以下的禁食。</strong> <br /><strong>1986 年朱虹恩牧師奉 神差遣，前往當年主耶穌禁食四十天的以色列耶利哥曠野試探山天然山洞禁食禱告四十天， 神以彩虹與他立得應許之永約；得著 神所賜關乎主基督再來之各樣奧秘真理；得著使徒職事的各樣憑據，成為 神所膏立為主再來預備道路的末後首位使徒。</strong> <br /> <br /><strong>【聖靈感動著作】</strong> <br
