宇宙傳說024 【佛陀的前世——烏龜大王】
月光下的海濱，龜王教化水族眾生，彼此互敬互慈、和睦共處。一夜，龜王上岸沉睡，商人誤將牠當作岩丘，在背上生火紮營。烈火與重壓使龜王劇痛難忍，但為不傷及商人性命，他選擇緩緩走入淺海降溫，只讓海水浸腳，不使眾人受害。商人驚恐後得知真相，深受感動，讚歎龜王如慈悲菩薩。（出自《本生經》）
