<p><strong>毎月第1週目は「黒伊佐錦にかぶりつき」</strong></p> <p>いつもこのコーナーで皆さんにプレゼントしている本格芋焼酎「黒伊佐錦」。新年最初の今回は大口酒造の常務取締役、有満さんに電話でお話を伺いました。</p> <p>大口酒造の会社は、焼酎文化が根付く鹿児島県北端にあります。先代から受け継がれた「手抜きナシ」で厳しく作られた最高品質のお酒。黄色の背景に黒い文字でカッコいい黒伊佐錦のラベルは阪神ファンには馴染みのあるカラーリングですね。 </p>

<p><strong>知的障がいを持つ方々の一般就労を手助けしている「わーくはぴねす農園」</strong></p> <p>今回は摂津にある農園に行ってお話を聞いてきました。紹介メールをいただいた北原さんが所属するハリマ化成グループも2021年からこの事業に参加して農園を開いています。こちらでは障がいを持つ3人が、水耕栽培装置を利用してレタスなどの野菜作りをしています。 </p>

<p><strong>奈良県王寺町でオリーブオイル？</strong></p> <p>元郵便局長の池田さんが定年退職してはじめたオリーブ栽培。今では王寺町で1400本のオリーブの木が育てられているそうです。今年ようやく商品化した、貴重なオリーブオイルをスタジオでいただきました。</p>
