We divulge into how they manage with the diagnosis as a family, especially during those early years of their girls' lives. We discuss her services to children beyond the workout space and why or how your child could be seen by a child interventionist like herself. We talk about Alaina's struggle with an ED growing up and how her childhood impacted her and what signs and symptoms to look for in our young kids as they get older.
