<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>去去复去去，凄测门前路，行行重行行，辗转犹含情，含情一回首，见我窗前柳，柳北是高楼，珠帘半上钩，昨为楼上女，帘下调鹦鹉，今为墙外人，红泪沾罗巾，墙外与楼上，相去无十丈，云何咫尺间，如隔千重山，悲哉两决绝，从此终天别，别鹤空徘徊，谁念鸣声哀，徘徊日欲晚，决意投身返，手裂湘裙裾，泣寄稿砧书，可怜帛一尺，字字血痕赤，一字一酸吟，旧爱牵人心，君如收覆水，妾罪甘鞭捶，不然死君前，终胜生弃捐，死亦无别语，愿葬君家土，傥化断肠花，犹得生君家。右见永乐大典，题曰李芳树刺血诗。不著朝代，亦不详芳树始末，不知为所自作如窦玄妻诗，为时人代作如焦仲卿妻诗也。世无传本，余校勘四库，偶见之，爱其缠绵 非测，无一毫怨怒之意，殆可泣鬼神，令馆吏录出一纸，久而失去。今于役滦阳，检点旧帙，忽于小箧内得之，沉演数百年，终见于世，岂非贞魂怨魄，精贯三光，有不可磨灭者乎？陆耳山副宪曰：此诗次韩薪王孙女诗。前彼在宋末，则芳树必宋人，以例推之，想当然也。</span><br></p>

<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>张一科，忘其何地人，携妻就食塞外，佣于西商，西商昵其妻，挥金如土，不数载，资尽归。一科反寄食其家，妻厌薄之，诟谇使去。一科曰：微是人无此日，负之不祥。坚不可。妻一日持梃逐西商，一科怒詈，妻亦反詈曰：彼非爱我，昵我色也；我亦非爱彼，利彼财也。以财博色，色已得矣，我原无所负于彼，以色博财，财不继矣，彼亦不能责于我。此而不遣，留之何为。一科益愤，竟抽刃杀之，先以百金赠西商，而后自首就狱。又一人忘其姓名，亦携妻出塞，妻病卒，因不能归，且行乞，忽有西商招至肆，赠五十金。怪其太厚，固诘其由，西商密语曰：我与尔妇最相昵，尔不知也。尔妇垂殁，私以尔托我，我不忍负于死者，故资尔归里。此人怒掷于地，竟格斗至讼庭。二事相去不一月。相国温 公时镇乌鲁木齐，一日宴僚佐于秀野亭，座间论及，前竹山令陈题桥曰：一不以贫富易交 ，一不以死生负约，是虽小人，皆古道可风也。公颦蹙曰：古道诚然，然张一科喝可风耶？后杀妻者拟抵，而谳语甚轻；赠金者拟杖，而不云枷示。公沉思良久，慨然曰：皆非法也，然人情之薄久矣，有司如是上，即如是可也。</span><br></p>

<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span>乌鲁木齐多狭斜，小楼深巷，方响时闻，自谯鼓初鸣，至寺钟欲动，灯火恒荧荧也。冶荡者惟所欲为，官弗禁，亦弗能禁。有宁夏布商何某，年少美风姿，资累千金，亦不甚吝，而不喜为北里游，惟畜牝豕十余，饲极肥，濯极洁，日闭门而踏淫之，豕亦相摩相倚，如昵其雄。仆隶恒窃窥之，何弗觉也。忽其友乘醉戏诘，乃愧而投井死，迪化厅同知木金泰曰：非我亲鞫是狱，虽司马温 公以告我，我弗信也。余作是地杂诗有曰：石破天惊事有无，后来好色胜登徒，何郎甘为风情死，才信刘郎爱媚猪。即咏是事。人之性癖，有至于如此者，乃知以理断天下事，不尽其变。即以情断天下事，亦不尽其变也。</span><br></p>
