Ep.12 ヨガインストラクターになろうと思います
突然ですが、ヨガインストラクターになろうと思います。別に声優業を辞めるつもりは無いのですが。実は今年の1月からかれこれ半年ほどヨガ教室に通っており、ほぼ毎日、一日1時間ヨガを習っています。半年、ほぼ毎日やっている結果として自分の心身に良い影響が出ているのは実感しているし、健全な心は健全な身体に宿る、とも思うところがあり、エンターテイナーとしては人の心に訴求するのも大事だけど、心を満たすためには体も刺激しなくてはいけないのではないか？とも思った次第です。だからと言ってみなでヨガやりましょう、と言うわけでも無いのですが、でもやっぱり、身体と心はお互いに作用するのは間違いないので、僕の目的である、豊かな人生を自分も歩むし、自分ができることで人々が豊かな人生を歩めるように応援する、サポートする、と言う立ち位置からすると、自分がヨガを体系的に学ぶことで貢献できることがあるのではないか、と思っている次第です。声優のはずなのですが、RYT200を通してヨガもできる声優を目指したいと思います!!!!!

Ep.10 自愛？の話（要は自己管理）
<p>6月も終わろうかと言うのに雨が降ったり台風が来たり、寒いかと思えば暑かったり…と中々体調管理が難しい季節だな、と思っております。そんな折に、「やはり」と言う感じで少し体調を崩してしまいました。声を商売道具にする以上、自己管理、体調管理は今までよりもさらにシビアにならなければ、と反省するとともに、今日はエアコンの温度を少し上げて、温かいお茶でも飲んでゆっくり休もうと思います。今日（厳密には昨日ですが）の配信はつらつらと最近あった事をあげています！よかったらご笑覧下さいませ！</p><p><br></p>
