<p>/聊聊我是如何体验到生命和关系的流动、聊聊吸引力法则和孤独/</p><p>🌟播客中虽然没有很强调，但我认为体验到流动最核心的点在于“放手”，不敢放手的原因在于“恐惧”</p><p>🌟吸引力法则于我而言的精髓在于：</p><p>比起等待，我永远选择主动出走。</p><p>1:14从前的我：对于关系的执念、对于失败的走不出</p><p>3:55阻碍体验生命流动的因素：无法让过去的事情过去</p><p>4:08“无法让过去的事情过去”的3个原因：</p><p>1.4:14当时郁积的情绪没有处理完</p><p>2.4:52对事和对人的执念</p><p>-5:57“人生确实是要坚定的朝着自己的目标和生活走去，但没什么是一定要做的。”</p><p>-6:35对和以前朋友保持紧密关系的执念</p><p>-7:50很多时候紧握关系不放手的原因，是默认只有以前的人可以满足我们的需求，并害怕以后再也找不到相似的人和关系。</p><p>3.10:08 对过去的不放手和未来不确定性的害怕阻断了未来流入的路径</p><p>11:20“是我自己选择了卡在了这件失败但确定的事情上。”</p><p>11:29我的改变：走出去，勇敢且主动</p><p>13:57“遇到同频共振的人是如此容易”</p><p>16:15更主动的出走，吸引力法则会为你带来更多惊喜和馈赠。</p>
