Gedanken tanken. Manchmal Schwiizerdüütsch, mal Deutsch, mal Englisch. Meiner intuitiven Neugierde folgend.

#4 – Dr. David Jamieson: Transformation starts with Awareness and Intention 🇺🇸
In dialogue with Dr. David Jamieson. His work about Presence and Use of Self in the field of Organization Development resonates deeply with me.
Listen to this episode if you are interested in transformation work.
Dave has over 40 years of experience consulting to organizations on leadership, change, strategy, design, and human resource issues.
Learn more about...
... the difference of change and transformation
... why a 5-step-transformation-approach usually doesn’t work out
... and why being an instrument of change/transformation means knowing who you are.
This episode is for all the leaders, decision-makers, consultants and organization development practitioners out there.
How do you wanna lead?
What impact do you wanna have?
How do you navigate your way through change?
It’s quite nerdy because Dave and I dive deep into Organization Development (OD) topics.
Enjoy listening,
Vera
