<p>Today, we are hosting <strong>Patricia Bittencourt.</strong></p> <p>Patricia has been an HR enthusiast for 18 years now. She graduated in Psychology and even though she worked for the last decade at global corporations, such as HSBC Bank and the automaker Renault-Nissan Alliance, she could never imagine herself living abroad before her husband came home one day with bold plans of moving to Quebec.</p> <p>So, 3 years ago they moved from Brazil to Montreal with their 2-year-old daughter, 7 boxes of stories and full of dreams. It has been one hell of a ride. From the scary nights when she thought ‘what the rack did I do’ to the blessing of feeling of finding her new home.</p> <p>Followed by the experience of becoming a mom, immigration transformed her and continues to shape who she is. Patricia is the HR Director of a medical device company in Montreal called Dental Wings.</p> <p>In this episode, we spoke about the challenges she faced as an immigrant in Quebec. Patricia wanted also to share what’s really important for immigrants to prepare for such an adventure.</p> <p>So, let's hear more from her!</p>
