Wie gelingt das? Was bedeutet Freefall oder Mouthfill? Und welche Rolle spielen positive wie negative Gedanken dabei. Kathleen ist Apnoetaucherin, hat bereits in der Diziplin Free Immersion (Am Seil runter- und wieder raufziehen) im Herbst letzten Jahren mit einem Tauchgang von 73 Meter einen deutschen Rekord aufgestellt und ich freue mich sehr darüber, mit Kathleen über diese besondere Atempause im Dezember 2022 ins Gespräch gekommen zu sein.</p> </div>

Eine kluge und auch komplexe Frage, die mir immer wieder dann begegnet, wenn gerade das eigene Potenzial der Stimme entdeckt wird, das soviel mehr mit einem selbst zu tun hat als gedacht. Es wird also Zeit Antworten zu finden und das aus vielen Perspektiven. In Folge 1 starte ich mit dem Atmen, genauer mit dem Loslassen in der Atmung. Außerdem nehme ich dich mit in die Sonderausstellung nach Hamburg, die sich gerade mit "Atmen" beschäftigt und bin gespannt zu erfahren, ob das Thema Loslassen künstlerisch eine Rolle spielt? Und wenn ja, wie genau?</div>
