<p>In this episode I interview Wyatt Weisensel on how he went from being an english teacher in Japan to becoming a software engineer. Wyatt goes in-depth about what his 5 months of unemployment and job searching looked like during covid. The Power of Being Surrounded By Like Minded Individuals With Neil CarlinSchauer
<p>In this episode, I interview Neil CarlinSchauer, a software engineer. He talks about how he went from being a super senior failing classes to becoming a full stack software engineer who is now leading projects and mentoring junior engineers. Seeking and creating opportunities was a recurring theme in Neil’s career. Neil goes in depth on how he “leveled up” during college with his first internship and by surrounding himself with like minded individuals.
