雲林縣口湖鄉海男子紀家水產
「海男子紀家水產」從原先養殖烏魚，後引進海水養殖蛤蜊，除了突破上一代在養殖上面臨的困境，也讓承接的二代老闆夫妻在經營上有更多的收穫，多方請教下，紀老闆選擇以混養的方式來飼養蛤蜊，其中有虱目魚、金錢魚、白蝦等生物與蛤蜊共生，它們都各有自己的任務，像魚可以吃魚池中的青苔，減輕人工整理的辛勞外，也能確保水中的含氧量足夠；而白蝦則是可以藉由進食清裡水中雜質，維持水池的乾淨，還有餵養魚的飼料，融於水後就成為蛤蜊的食物，這樣良性的食物鏈，也讓海男子紀家水產行的販售品項不再單一，「用最簡單的方式成就不平凡的美味。」 訂購專線：0905-956876 地址：雲林縣口湖鄉港西村中正路76號(金湖冰室) FB：海男子紀家水產 / 金湖冰室
