【陳牧民時間】深入解析近期台海局勢
<p>印太戰略智庫執行長矢板明夫接受代班主持人張正霖訪問時表示，為什麼要成立印太戰略智庫，原因是認為國際社會對台灣有所誤解，許多人認為台灣很危險，因而讓外國觀光客跟外企對台灣望之卻步，但其實不然，台灣是安全的，所以就在思考，如何客觀的呈現台灣狀況讓大家知道，因此後來就請專家學者一起成立一個智庫，也用溫度計的方式讓大家感受台灣的安全指數如何，以利自我判斷，比如11月到12月之間，台灣的重要事情包括，韓國發生了總統尹錫悅戒嚴的事件，韓國本來是抗中保台的一環，但戒嚴事件發生後，面對在野黨反美、反日、親中、親朝鮮的立場，讓美國主導的對中包圍網，出現了巨大的破口，這點對台灣的安全來說，並不是正面的效果，再來就是台灣的立法院，民進黨對在野黨的束手無策，比如擋台灣的軍事預算，反對潛艦等等，而對台灣較為正面的是，關於近期解放軍的貪肅調查，還有中國經濟的下滑，所以評估，台灣現在的安全狀態屬於些微危險。</p>
