【林子立時間】中國如何對台灣發動法律戰？
<p>國防安全研究院李俊毅副研究員接受主持人林子立專訪時表示，法律戰是中國三戰，也就是輿論戰、心理戰、法律戰的一環，意在選擇性使用或濫用法律以實現政治與軍事目標。在國際層面中，中國宣稱捍衛以聯合國為基礎的國際秩序，卻片面強調聯合國憲章中的主權原則，刻意忽略關於武力使用的限制，在區域層面中，中國更透過國內立法，創造國際法中不存在的管轄海域概念，為其在南海、台海的執法行動提供藉口，他舉例，中國的禁漁令看似環保，卻迫使自家漁船進入鄰國海域，再派出海警船以執法為名，行使管轄權。</p>
