十年前，北京十一学校开始推行素质教育改革，采用导师制和走班制，鼓励学生独立思考，自我表达。1997年出生的周子其和陈楚乔是第一批小白鼠，也是其中出类拔萃的两位。文艺少女陈楚乔写科幻小说，拍了也许是全国第一部中学生校园僵尸片。周子其酷爱历史，立志“为天地立心，为生民立命”，给校长写信，认为4点15分后不应该安排考试，还要允许早恋，取消军训。 他俩被选为一部纪录片的主角。今年2月，这部叫做《真实生长》、聚焦十一学校教育改革的纪录片上映，也提出了一个新问题：在素质教育中成长起来的孩子，会变成怎样的大人？初夏的北京，我们在周子其的家中录制了这期播客。 仍然能从他们身上窥见素质教育的珍贵痕迹。即便成年后遭遇磋磨，他们也并未抱怨际遇不公，而是反思自己曾多么受到命运眷顾：十一学校聚合了全国最好的教育资源，服务北京的中产孩子，但教育真正的胜利是，“每个孩子都应该有权利享受这个东西”。

情人节那天，我们推送了一篇不太合适宜的文章：《我的抑郁症男友》。这篇文章的作者是友嘤，他的男朋友阿树患抑郁症。 友嘤写的是一个爱情故事，也是一个和抑郁症患者相处的故事。她和阿树在2020年底认识，他们都在读大学，都喜欢电影和港乐。2021年春天他们开始恋爱，刚开始一切都很美，但随着关系的深入，抑郁症对这对恋人的影响越来越大。友嘤在文章里写：在一些时候我知道我们之间存在爱。但我也知道，爱并非恒定不变的，爱也并非可以击败一切的。 文章是第一人称的，一直是友嘤在讲述，如果读过，你大概会好奇阿树怎么想？如果让他重新讲一遍，故事会是什么样子？ 在这期播客里，你将会听到阿树的版本，他很坦诚。更难得的是，这对恋人在感情结束后，能坐在一起，理智地回忆，真诚地沟通。这种氛围不常见，也很珍贵。
