EP4:愛無敵~分享來自愛與慈悲！生活不容易，生命很勇敢。請善待自己，溫柔對待生命！生命是一體的。透過公眾人物新聞事件被報導，可曾想過；還有多少小人物輕生未被報導？人世間有多少人曾經閃過輕生的念頭？
<p>連續幾天網路持續播放新聞，看著自己內在情緒的變化，我問自己「來到面前的這個發生要教會我什麼？」 <br /> <br />今早在做早餐中淚流不止，由衷感歎；「活著的不容易，生命的勇敢。」 <br /> <br />2020年公司營運不善結束營業之後，我們身上背負一些債務，於是，我和腦公更加投入（時間、精力）來拼命賺錢，從做餐車因生意好引起鄰居抗議，因此，改租店面裝潢開業，開業期間生意好到需要僱用人員協助，殊不知在營業1.5個月即與（三級警戒）狹路相逢，在種種因素考量之下結束營業，故而轉戰傳統市場，生意也還可以，結果，隨著確診人數增加，上市場採買的人潮下滑，又逢新建公有市場營運影響…此時，屋漏偏逢連夜雨，我眼睛開刀，腦公手掌莫名潰爛…不只生活被打亂，生計也大大受到影響。 <br /> <br />在這樣一個內外夾攻的風暴裡，內在有一個聲音要我先暫停下來…；頭腦又有一股指責的聲音在鞭打著自己。當我選擇跟隨內在聲音時…，各種外在的挑戰排山倒海而來，各種看似關心、關愛言語的背後、各種介入他人生命下指導棋的背後，其實暗藏著粗暴對待生命的「慣性」！ <br /> <br />這兩年來，我有幾次想了結自己生命的念頭，當這個念頭上來，它就像是一部無人駕駛的車子行駛在馬路上那樣的危險，每當我陷入車子「無人駕駛」的瞬間，都是我的靈魂（Angel）即時坐上駕駛座上握住方向盤而免於撞車的。 <br /> <br />此刻，我語重心長要說的：「不是每個人都能夠像我那樣幸運被更高的意識（強制接管）。請善待自己，溫柔對待生命吧！」 <br /> <br />很多事不是不想說，而是大家都在自己的過程中，要找到能夠傾聽的對象不容易…，有些時候不說，或許是礙於身份說不得。比如；「我曾經試圖想說出口，就立馬被嗆「你是心靈老師…。妳抗壓性太低了…。」漸漸地，我選擇不再說了，但那其實是一種對於世界如此冷漠的無聲抗議！報喜不報憂--把正向歡樂帶給他人，把痛苦悲傷留給自己，都是一種選擇。重要的是；「你自己」❤ <br /> <br />通常我們在很多時候，都會嘲笑自己：「人微言輕」。 <br />但是，如若站在生命至高寬廣的角度來看，其實，會發現，我們與那些說話有一定舉足輕重、對社會有影響力的大人物沒有不同，我們都是在分享，都是在做一件自己喜歡的事而已。 <br />那些來自社會教條、觀點、制約，並非出自我們真正自己的，我們需要思考的是；如何找出通往自己的道路。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a>

<p>我們都知道「相由心生」。也常說：「30歲以前的長相是父母給的；30歲後是自己修來的。」由此可知，原生家庭確實影響我們很多。 <br /> <br />原生家庭對一個人的影響，簡單說來，就是原生家庭影響到一個人的人格成長，而一個人的人格成長影響這個人的人際關係，也是現在一般人常談到的「EQ」。它不只影響到人際關係、事業、家庭、金錢財富…甚至影響到一個人在談戀愛的時候，為什麼會愛上某一類的人，心理學都有非常有趣的研究喔👌！ <br /> <br />血緣帶來多方面的承繼，家庭環境也塑造了我們早年的情緒環境和成長經歷，因此父母不只帶給我們DNA，家庭也影響著每個人的習慣、身心的印記與記憶。 <br /> <br />你或許可以說，「我現在過的著這樣的人生，都是爸媽造成的！」但如果你已長大成人，或許應該回過頭想一想--其實你是有選擇的。你要跟原生家庭維持什麼樣的關係，那是你的選擇。就算你以為自己沒有選擇，別忘了，那其實是你選擇「以為自己沒有選擇」。你可以選擇讓爸媽繼續影響你，你也可以選擇扛起對自己人生的責任。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a>
