<p>前两天我看到一个很有意思的比喻：说人与人之间的关系，其实就像在寒冬里取暖的刺猬，离得太远会冷，离得太近又会互相扎伤。那个‘刚刚好’的距离，就是我们今天要聊的主题——边界感。</p><p><br>这个灵感其实源于我最近关注的一本书《边界力》,也恰好在另外一档播客听两位主播聊起边界感的话题，这期播客也正好是今天的嘉宾之一我的好朋友Edwin发给我的，说他听后受益匪浅，我听完之后发给了今天的另外一位嘉宾Jeremy，我们对“边界感”的讨论就此诞生。因为“边界感”这个词比较错综复杂，在考验一个人情商的同时在考验我们的洞察和决策力。</p><p><br>同时，在东亚文化语境下聊“边界感”，确实自带一种打引号的“反叛感”。因为我们的文化底色是“高情境”和“集体主义”，强调的是“和合”、“面子”和“牺牲自己成全大家”。尤其在跟很亲近的朋友或伴侣讨论边界感，对方更是觉得你是不是过于冷漠。这种“文化违和感”恰恰是讨论这个议题的张力所在。</p><p><br>今天我们想从那些生活里的琐碎小事聊起，看看我们应该如何在保持界限的同时不让人觉得冷漠。</p><p>-</p><p>“之类的” 是一档闲聊类播客，每期邀请从事不同职业，拥有不同生活观的嘉宾参与讨论，命题不限，风格轻松诙谐。围绕城市不同人群的消费、职场、情感、文化娱乐、生活方式展开，欢迎收听，感恩各位。</p>
