应该是2025年，彼时我尚在沪苏龙湖，忙的斗志昂扬，义气多的满出来更像是傻气，现在回想起来就是个只知埋头干活的愣头青。2026年一次偶然的机会，同初代同事小青菜在苏州联系上了，后来我决心离开地产，在gap的阶段跟小青菜多次相邀游山玩水。 小青菜羡慕我30岁还在捣鼓小提琴、大晚上临时起意去健身，单身的日子也过的热火朝天。她则在家带娃，家庭人口众多，每次聊天总要说上几句羡慕我的话。其实我也很羡慕她，毕竟她家有月嫂，还有自己的妈妈一起帮衬。说着说着，就像她说的，两个女人在一起，话多的顶得上800只鸭子，于是一拍即合，想着那就一起做个播客呗。 想了半天节目名称，本来想说叫【不蒸馒头】，结果系统显示被占用了，当然我两也不想争气，争气是被别人要求的太累了，我们想随机聊点生活琐事，干脆直接叫【两棵青椒】，不太成熟，听听就好。

远行之前
<p>人生真的是一件很奇怪的事情，两个人好像并没有让一个人变得更完整，事实上，这顿糖醋排骨虽然算得上好吃，但厨房产生的油烟、糖醋味又让我觉得不如不吃，当然这些话我没有跟他说，因为我明白两个人在一起最大的尊重就是不评判，一旦评判就会有高低，有高低就会产生冲突、甚至伤害。</p><p>Anyway，结果是我即将一个人独自享受这趟旅程，我很期待。</p>

消费降级，反而发现了更重要的东西
<p>本栏目的第一期，就是和已经认识将近十年的鱼蛋，在我们两个都工作了很多年，并且曾经以为富裕的30岁的时候，开启了一场消费降级谈话。</p><p>首先，我们两都不是极简主义奉行者，消费降级可以说是一种被迫行为；</p><p>第二，我们降的更多的是曾经的升级产品，把生活上的加法给减掉，而我，居然还为了自己的热爱把恩格尔系数又降低了；</p><p>第三，人在没那么顺利的时候幸好我们还在思考，我们会去想办法发现更多的路径，虽然目前都没有实现。</p><p>不知道正在听播客的你们有没有这样的困惑，又正在经历怎样的转型，好的或者不好的，我们都希望你们相信，有这样和你们一样的人在前行，你不是一座孤岛，也欢迎大家评论区分享自己的看法啦。</p>
