９月２３日は長野県ぶどうの日。２３＝ふ・さ＝房なんです。そして９月は露地栽培の長野県産ぶどうの出荷最盛期であることから制定されています。 信州の「ぶどう三姉妹」…黒系のナガノパープル（長野県オリジナル品種）、緑系のシャインマスカット、赤系のクイーンルージュ（長野県オリジナル品種）もそろい踏みの季節です。 ぶどうの最大産地のひとつ、中野市に行ってきました。さすが！平地も山すそも、どこもかしこもぶどう畑が広がっています。 JA中野市・ぶどう部会部会長の下田貴之さんは「中野市は夏暑く、適度に雨も降る。一番は、秋が近づくにつれ、日中と夜の温度差があるので、ぶどうの味と色づきをよくしてくれる土地だ」とおっしゃいます。 取材に伺った６月は、露地栽培ぶどうの摘粒作業のピーク。どのぶどう畑でも、両腕を上げて作業なさる生産者さんの姿が見られます。 ひと房５０粒くらいついている実を３５粒くらいまで、ハサミでひとつひとつカットしていくんです。まだ生育していく途中ですから、完成形を想像しながらの作業。（↓写真は摘粒後地面に落とされたぶどうの実の赤ちゃん） 「にぎり房」と呼ばれる、センターの太い軸が見えないよう粒たちが握っている状態に育つように房の形を作っていくそうです。 店頭で見た時の、あのビジュアルの強さは農家さん達の６月に起因していたのですね。 さわやかなグリーンの色、はじける皮とぷりっとジューシーな果実、透明感ある甘み…。レベル違いの信州産シャインマスカット。ぜひ今年もおいしく満喫してください～！ □ JA全農長野 → http:www.nn.zennoh.or.jp □ 信州まつもと空港地元利用促進協議会 → https://www.matsumoto-trip.com/ □ 長野県公式観光サイト → https://www.go-nagano.net/ □ ＦＤＡ フジドリームエアラインズ →https://www.fujidream.co.jp/

やわらかい、甘味があるのが特徴の信州産白ネギ。８月くらいから１２月くらいが出荷のピークです。お訪ねした産地は安曇野市。農家さんが集まって作った、踏入ゆい生産組合の畔田（くろだ）孝之さんにお話を伺いました。アルプスからの水、きれいな空気、避暑地としての信州の環境は野菜にもいい環境だと思うとおっしゃいます。 白い部分をしっかり作るための「土寄せ」作業も大切で、白いところが３０ｃｍ以上というJA松本ハイランドの規格も農家さんたち自らが決めて、守り、検査にも参加なさっているそう。 JA松本ハイランド・指導員の古畑克也さんは「“信州産白ネギ”というだけで、○○ネギというブランドを背負わずに市場で勝負している。品質や味、シーズンずっと出してるとかそういうのが強み」と、誇らしげに話してくれました。 お二人のおいしい白ネギレシピも伺ってます。 □ JA全農長野 → http:www.nn.zennoh.or.jp □ 信州まつもと空港地元利用促進協議会 → https://www.matsumoto-trip.com/ □ 長野県公式観光サイト → https://www.go-nagano.net/ □ ＦＤＡ フジドリームエアラインズ →https://www.fujidream.co.jp/

善光寺の創建は１４００年ほど前。「６４２年、長野の地に日本最古の仏様＝一光三尊阿弥陀如来さんがやってきました。６４４年に伽藍ができて、善光寺が始まりました」と、善光寺・庶務部長の若麻績英亮さん。 善光寺の歴史は火災との戦いでもあったそうで、１０数回、燃えるたびに長野だけでなく全国からの支えで本堂を再建してきたといいます。現在の本堂ができたのは１７０７年。国宝です。東日本で一番大きな木造建築と言われています。高さは約１２ｍ、間口は２４ｍ、奥行きは５４ｍ。奥に長い理由も若麻績さんに教わりました。一回だけの放送では伝えきれない善光寺の魅力。何度かに分けてリポートいたします。 その善光寺からJR長野駅まで延びる表参道をお得に満喫できる「善光寺表参道食べ歩きチケット」を、ながの観光コンベンションビューローの久保田由佳さんに教えてもらいました。 □ ＦＤＡ フジドリームエアラインズ →https://www.fujidream.co.jp/
