href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e6%af%94%e4%be%8b" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="比例">比例</a>有所增加，民眾的<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e8%b3%bc%e5%b1%8b%e6%84%8f%e9%a1%98" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="購屋意願">購屋意願</a>卻並未同步升溫。對此，莊思敏指出，目前<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e5%85%a8%e5%8f%b0%e6%88%bf%e5%83%b9" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="全台房價">全台房價</a>仍處於相對高檔，再加上<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e8%82%a1%e5%b8%82" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="股市">股市</a>表現強勢，也對房市形成一定程度的資金排擠效應。根據中信房屋宅調查結果顯示，僅有17.5%、不到兩成的受訪者表示願意將部分股市<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e7%8d%b2%e5%88%a9" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="獲利">獲利</a>的資金轉入<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e4%b8%8d%e5%8b%95%e7%94%a2%e5%b8%82%e5%a0%b4" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="不動產市場">不動產市場</a>；41.5%的受訪者則表示雖然股市有獲利，但考量目前房市仍受信用管制影響，傾向等待房價<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e9%80%b2%e4%b8%80%e6%ad%a5" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" <p>莊思敏表示，最近幾年，政府除了透過信用管制引導房市軟著陸外，還陸續推出了多項補貼政策，以落實<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e5%b1%85%e4%bd%8f%e6%ad%a3%e7%be%a9" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="居住正義">居住正義</a>，整體獲得不少<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e6%ad%a3%e9%9d%a2%e8%a9%95%e5%83%b9" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="正面評價">正面評價</a>。根據中信房屋宅調查，針對「<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/300%e5%84%84%e5%85%83%e4%b8%ad%e5%a4%ae%e6%93%b4%e5%a4%a7%e7%a7%9f%e9%87%91%e8%a3%9c%e8%b2%bc" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="300億元中央擴大租金補貼">300億元中央擴大租金補貼</a>」，有高達51.9%的受訪者認為該政策有助於減輕<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e7%a7%9f%e5%b1%8b" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="租屋">租屋</a>負擔；至於內政部推動的「<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e8%80%81%e5%ae%85%e5%bb%b6%e5%a3%bd%e8%a8%88%e7%95%ab" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="老宅延壽計畫">老宅延壽計畫</a>」，則有32.5%的民眾表示願意參與，另有37.3%表示會評估相關成本後再做決定，顯示該政策仍具一定的吸引力與討論度。在信用管制方面，隨著<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e4%b8%8d%e5%8b%95%e7%94%a2%e8%b2%b8%e6%ac%be" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" title="不動產貸款">不動產貸款</a>集中度大幅下降，政策成效已逐步顯現，據統計，截至今年4月，全體銀行<a href="https://www.cthouse777.com/tag/%e4%b8%8d%e5%8b%95%e7%94%a2" class="st_tag internal_tag " rel="tag" 購地前先看懂土地性質！竹市府教民眾快速辨識都市與非都市土地
