<p>この番組は、空き家改修プロジェクトしてスタートした福岡県春日市にあるworkspace＆cafe「idobata」。</p> <p>店主が福岡で活躍されている方々にインタビューしている番組です。</p> <p><br></p> <p>福岡のカフェやイベントに引っ張りだこ。人気のポップアップショップ「名もなきサンドイッチ屋」の鐘ヶ江さんご来店！</p> <p>3月に初めてidobata春日に出店してもらいました。</p> <p>鐘ヶ江さんが来る前から、お客様がお待ちになっており、ほぼ1時間半で売り切れ！！</p> <p>人気のサンドイッチ屋さんです。</p> <p><br></p> <p>今回は鐘ヶ江さんに、サンドイッチを始めたキッカケや生産者とのつながり、これからについて色々とお話させていただきました。</p> <p>エピソードもすごい…。</p> <p>ぜひ、これから何か始めようとしている方は、参考になることがたくさんあるのではないかと思います！！</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
