《状况外》是一档由两个年轻人主持的播客—— 荣洲：我们对世界的认知是什么样，很大程度影响和指导我们如何生活。除了阅读文章和书籍，认知的拓宽还常常在深度交谈时发生，它所带来的反馈聚焦在细部，帮助我们进一步优化和完善认知。然而，进行深度对话的前提有很多，比如抛开他人的凝视，卸下想要掩饰内心匮乏的伪装等等——即能真诚、自在地表露那些可能日常难以启齿的感受和思考，这是我一直难以迈过的坎，也缺少练习的机会......《状况外》就是这样一个契机，希望在这个播客里发生的自省和觉察也能给你一些启发。亨正：拥有好的对话是一件非常诱人的事情，也是一件需要勇气的事情。表达自己的感受、思考自己的感受、寻找差异、让“自我感觉良好”这件事离自己远一点，等等等等，都是我在对话中看到的价值。但我们都知道，寻找这样一场对谈并不容易，甚至往往会让对方处在一种无所适从、不知所云的状态，我们习惯把这种场面称之为——状况外。也许这是我们一种自嘲的方式，在经历了许多让人“状况外”的对话之后，《状况外》就这样诞生了。当关于思考层面的谈话不再被当下的年轻人所推崇，当信息洪流倒灌进思考的空间；我们已经不再谈论些什么，开始成为信息转载的工具，认真对话，已经是状况之外的存在，缺位已成自然。但我依然毫无保留地相信好的对话的意义，如果你也和我一样的话，希望你能在《状况外》的只言片语中，找到本就属于你的东西。

02 试着聊更具体的事情，关于家庭，成长还有一点失恋

各位观众朋友，新年快乐！在经历了一些事情以后，《状况外》的第一期节目终于（带着相对专业的设备）跟大家见面了。本来这个时间应该再提早许多的，但面对着两个多小时的工程文件，每次启动所需要的心里效能都特别大，自然而然就…… 这期节目，我（荣洲）和亨正，我们两个分别进行了比较正式的自我介绍。录制当天正好是圣诞节，我们也借着这个机会，聊聊生活中的仪式感，以及所谓的“精致”……
