這一集聊「AI偏見」的時候，其實根本是在聊我們人類自己的盲點。 從瀏覽器、演算法、AI瀏覽器到信用評分、履歷篩選，聽著聽著會發現 可怕的不是機器，是我們把決定權全交出去卻完全不自覺。 AI只是把人類世界原本就存在的性別、職場、族群刻板印象放大、量化、變得更有效率而已。 如果我們連「資料怎麼來、規則怎麼設」都不想知道，那所謂的「中立」和「客觀」就只是幻覺。 我特別喜歡你們用 FAIR 來拆解：去識別化讓模型更公平、要求AI說明理由、用人類最後把關， 以及讓資料來源更多元。那不是在教大家怕AI，而是練習一種新的素養： 在享受演算法帶來的便利之前，先問一句 「這個結論，真的只有一種可能嗎？」 當我們願意承認自己也會偏心，AI才有機會變得比我們更公正一點點。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>

這一集錄完，其實有一種「把大家心裡的OS說出來」的感覺。 一路從一開始大家對AI的抗拒、懷疑，到現在被大量工具與廣告「推著走」， 那種又期待又焦慮的情緒，其實我自己也走過。這次跟Angus一起， 把焦點拉回最根本的一件事：不是AI不懂你，而是我們還不太會說清楚自己要什麼。 從「目的／輸入資料／輸出格式」的萬用公式，到更進階的 OAC 模型，再談到「語意對齊」、 不要用籠統形容詞、不要只說「很厲害、很資深」，而是講清楚年份、角色、對象、目的 我覺得我們其實是在教的，不只是Prompt，而是一種把腦中抽象想法，翻譯成可被理解的溝通能力。 錄製過程中，我最有感的是：當我們願意慢下來，認真寫一個指令、分階段提問、學會版控（版本A、版本B）， AI就不再是「亂生東西的怪獸」，而是可以被訓練、有默契的夥伴。也許未來還會有腦機接口， 但在那之前，我們先學會怎麼好好說話、好好提問 因為那不只是在教AI，更是在訓練我們自己。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
