Het is carnaval in het dorp! Iedereen is verkleed. Zappie heeft gekozen voor een politieuniform. Hij begint zich zelfs als een agent te gedragen. Op straat regelt hij het verkeer en ineens moet hij achter een dief aan. Net echt! Maar hierdoor mist hij wel de polonaise met zijn vrienden. Valt het Carnavalsfeest voor Zappie nu in het water? Zappie is uitgenodigd om samen met Ollie de olifant een bezoek te brengen aan de chocoladefabriek. Ze moeten allebei een witte jas aan en een haarnetje op, voordat ze naar binnen mogen. Eenmaal in de fabriek is Ollie, die dol is op chocolade, in een paradijs beland. Wat zou hij graag een bad nemen in die warme chocolade. Plotseling gaan de alarmbellen af in de fabriek!
